EU and US pay to get beaten up and burned down in Gaza and the Westbank

This is an interesting problem: how much longer will the EU and US pay to get beaten up and burned down? Well, in order to avoid the Iranians to take over, it makes some sense. But paying without enforcing law and order, no corruption and demilitarisation of the area seems awfully naive.
